What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. On top of that, you can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Personalised items and sealed products whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons are excluded.
How can I return an item?
Use the withdrawal form linked at the bottom of every page. Fill in your name, email address and order number, and you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

What are your delivery costs?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Germany and Poland. You can switch your country at the top of any page to see prices in your local currency.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your order at any time through the Track My Order page in our menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK.
All transactions are encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.
