Withdraw from contract

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. If your order has already left our warehouse, we may no longer be able to stop it. In that case, simply send the item back to us within the same 14-day window.

After the 14 days have passed, you still have time. You can return your order free of charge up to 30 days after delivery.

Some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal: personalised products, sealed items whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons, and digital goods that have already been downloaded.
